Delivering patient care that's pure gold ? We were deeply moved when a patient's family member was inspired to write a heartfelt letter and personally attend the ROSE ?? (Recognition of Service Excellence) Award ceremony to honor two of our own: Liliam Oro (pictured) and Marla Oro, both certified nursing assistants on our 7 Carroll unit. In his touching letter, Emil Heredia shared these words at the award presentation: “Liliam and Marla showed such grace, compassion, and human dignity in caring for my mother—qualities that can’t be taught but come from the heart. It felt as if they were caring for their own mother. Their kindness meant the world to my mother and me during one of her most difficult moments.” ?? A huge congratulations to Liliam and Marla for embodying the spirit of exceptional care and making such a profound difference! #CareLikeFamily #PatientCareHeroes #ROSEAward #HealthcareExcellence

While the most common symptoms of AFib are fatigue and heart fluttering, other symptoms can include fast, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, anxiety, dizziness and chest pain or pressure.
