Recently, nearly 400 energetic leaders across our California and Nevada Hospitals came together in the lively city of Las Vegas, Nevada, for our annual HCA Far West Division Leadership Development Institute (LDI) meeting! With the theme “Putting People at the Heart of Everything We Do,” LDI was an amazing opportunity for our leaders to connect, exchange their best ideas, learn from one another, and elevate their leadership game. This year’s event was all about showing love for our people, our patients, and our communities, deeply connecting us to our mission. The event was filled with captivating presentations, thrilling awards, and endless networking opportunities. We were excited to have HCA Healthcare National Group President, Tim McManus, and Author of Love Works, Joel Manby, with us to inspire and uplift our teams.
