HBW Construction was involved with Total Health Care, Inc.’s seventh location for nearly a year before any construction was started. The nonprofit’s newest location on Blue Water Boulevard in Odenton, MD, is dedicated to caring for patients most in need, many at or below the 200% poverty line.??? This involved complex renovations, including new layouts, refined finishes, specialty lighting, intricate tile work, and custom millwork. We closely coordinated with equipment suppliers to ensure seamless integration of advanced dental technology. Our quarterly field meetings are essential to our success. It allows our field team to get together in one room to review various topics from Safety to Personal Achievements. ?? Safety is HBWs number one priority, so for this particular meeting, we really honed in how we can continue to be as safe and efficient as possible. We were excited to welcome Leviton lighting controls team & Milwaukee, a manufacturer of heavy-duty power tools, hand tools, instruments, and accessories. ?? Leviton covered the importance of a pre-wire meeting with your electrical contractor, pre-checking before programming, their submittal example, the difference between occupancy and vacancy sensors, and lastly, Green Code and lighting controls.?? Milwaukee Tool set up an impressive display of their power tools while going through their 7 pillars of safety and demonstrating how they are manufacturing their tools to be as safe as possible.?? We ended the meeting with an awesome raffle prize?? (a YETI Cooler) that the lucky winner got to take home. Looking to join our field team?
