Seattle House Update. Last week the full HB Management and Indigo Teams got the opportunity to tour our development project Seattle House on the corner of Sixth and Bell.?Project Manager Jim Burk and VP of Development Nick Miller led us on a walkthrough of the progress of the building as we explored the expanse of the parking garage and the first few floors of concrete podium that have been laid in the past few months.?It was interesting to see firsthand the Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Link beams, a CKC innovation!?We are excited by the rapid expansion of the building as it rises with the neighboring skyscrapers and can’t wait to open in 2025!
