Cat brings diverse leadership and expertise in the energy field and a unique perspective from her role as President and CEO of the Oahu Economic Development Board (OEDB). An accountant and attorney by trade, she led the Hawaii State Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) for 8 years. Most notably, Cat negotiated and executed the Hawaii Clean Energy Agreement, which was later codified as the Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative, widely recognized for establishing the most aggressive clean energy goals in the nation.?Please join us in welcoming Cat!
