We are thrilled to announce the opening of the makai side of Victoria Ward Park, the community’s first SITES-certified park—reflecting a comprehensive framework for designing, developing, and managing sustainable and resilient landscapes and outdoor spaces. The beautiful 1.4-acre park, designed to serve as a vibrant gathering space, features native plants to reduce irrigation needs, promote biodiversity, and help cool the urban environment. We welcome residents and visitors to the park to enhance wellness, connectivity, and placemaking—the cornerstones of Ward Village’s ongoing vision for the neighborhood. This new Sichuan and Shanghai-inspired restaurant offers a new dining experience, with an open-kitchen concept to showcase the art of live soup dumpling-making—the first of its kind in Honolulu. The menu includes Sichuan staples such as Spicy Beef Noodles and Chili Oil Wontons, as well as Shanghai classics like Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), Pan-fried Buns, and Scallion Oil Noodles by renowned Chef Tony Xu. ?
