Around 300 Hawaii State FCU employees across the credit union came together for a day of volunteering during our inaugural HSFCU Cares Day this past Monday?? Both our frontline and back-office employees took the opportunity to immerse themselves in our communities while assisting a number of non-profit organizations. The variety of volunteer opportunities within our Community Impact Areas included packing meals, cleaning, planting, working in a lo?i, activities with kupuna, financial literacy workshops and more!?? In his new role, Reid will oversee the operations and strategic planning for the credit union’s 14-branch network and member service call center. He will lead initiatives to improve staff performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and align operations with the credit union's long-term goals. . A key accomplishment in Reid's career was his instrumental role in launching Hawaii State FCU’s new Safeway Branch network, establishing locations in Kihei, Kapahulu, and Hawaii Kai. .
