?? Our custom Perch home is a STEP above the rest! As a reminder, this custom home is one of six homes on Elon University’s Loy Farm that have been designed to showcase a variety of unique sustainability strategies, including; reduced site impact, lower energy consumption, onsite energy production, responsible water consumption, water filtration, and a low carbon footprint.
