Haven for Hope’s mission is to offer a place of hope and new beginnings. We do this by providing, coordinating and delivering an efficient system of care for people experiencing homelessness in Bexar County. Approximately 1,700 men, women and children are served daily on our campus. We are driven by our Core Values: Radical Compassion Servant Leadership Driven by Hope Pursuit of Excellence. The individual is at the center of all of our services. We are: Trauma Informed - We recognize and understand the role trauma plays in the lives of those we serve. Recovery Oriented - We work with our clients to help them recover from conditions associated with mental health, substance abuse and trauma. Peer Supported - We recognize the importance of lived experience in those we serve. Collaborative - We work with more than 140 partner organizations to provide over 300 comprehensive services.

?? Monday Motivation: Remember your why! ??November is #YouthHomelessness Awareness month, and this week is national Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. My colleagues and I took this opportunity to join forces today with #community partners doing impactful work to address these challenges. ?? Starting with a tour of Thrive Youth Center and Justin Holley, we walked the Haven for Hope campus and got an in-depth overview of the incredible services offered to our neighbors in need. We learned that 53% of youth in Thrive programs report lived experience in #fostercare ?? From there, we walked to the courtyard and served lunch at St. Vinny's Bistro to 378 individuals! ?? ?? San Antonio is doing some amazing work to improve the lives of people experiencing homelessness. I am proud to be part of the #nonprofit network dedicated to empowering people and building brighter futures together! ?? #hhweek2024 #houseallyouth #housingforall
