They sort their waste into categories—plastic, metal, glass, or paper—and drop it off accordingly. Trash managers then collect and weigh each bag. According to The qr code Users are compensated based on the weight and type of material, with payments added to their digital wallets. These wallets come with a virtual card that can be integrated into their wallet apps, enabling online purchases. This system not only promotes recycling but also rewards users for participating in sustainable practices.

Gaslighting…?? This is a manipulative tactic where a person with very low levels of self esteem makes others doubt their reality or perceptions, often to gain control or power. Simple scenarios can be:- 1-) In workplaces, a manager might claim a worker is not productive , despite evidence, to undermine confidence… hence leading them to a point where theyre exposed and can be ruined mentally. 2-) At schools, a teacher might dismiss another student’s concerns by saying, “You’re overreacting,” to belittle their experience. Workers can identify gaslighting by recognizing repeated patterns of doubt or dismissal from colleagues or superiors. To combat this start by Speaking out, document interactions, hidden voice/video records, and trust your instincts. Seek support from trusted colleagues or human resources. ??These kids learned two important lessons about Humans— especially Adults : 1- It's not always just jealousy; sometimes people don't want you to have a particular gift, skill, or talent… They may try to undermine it because they believe that if they don't possess it, you shouldn’t have that gift/skill/talent or simply it shouldn't exist… However, they can never take away what's truly yours ——> hence theyre all for the most “toothless Dogs” 2- Some people will go out of their way to share the only possession they have….
