    Yesterday, our Women of Havas Media UK ERG hosted ‘The Beauty of Inclusion’ event for International Women’s Day at Havas Village London, bringing together a panel to discuss how inclusive environments drive positive change in both personal and professional spaces. ?? Anna Harris, SVP of Strategy at Ledger Bennett, shared her journey of balancing motherhood and career while challenging stereotypes and emphasising the importance of authenticity in the workplace. She also discussed her research on female ambition and the critical role of managers in shaping inclusive environments. ?? Cody Gapare (CMgr MCMI MBA), inspiring cancer survivor and inventor of C-Lash, spoke about creating a product for cancer and alopecia sufferers and navigating challenges as a Black female entrepreneur and professional in different industries. She shared the importance of knowing when to pick your battles to win the war. ?? Hannah Tyler, Head of Buying, Beauty at Superdrug, reflected on her experience as a gay woman in the corporate world, stressing the need for leaders to bring their authentic selves to work to create inclusive cultures. She also highlighted the stereotypes gay women face, particularly around beauty and motherhood, and how breaking those barriers can pave the way for greater inclusivity. ?? Sarah Baker, Head of Growth at Ledger Bennett, tackled the pressure women face to meet beauty standards and the power of reclaiming language for empowerment. She also highlighted the role of male allies in championing gender equality. The panel concluded with a message of staying true to your values, speaking up for what you believe in, and building authentic relationships to encourage inclusivity.?
