The National Living Wage is set rise from 1st April 2025…. ….to ￡12.21 ?? with significant increases across the board for younger workers and apprentices Here’s a breakdown of the upcoming changes ?? ?? 21 and over: ￡12.21 (increase of ￡0.77, +6.7%) ?? 18-20 years old: ￡10.00 (increase of ￡1.40, +16.3%) ?? 16-17 years old: ￡7.55 (increase of ￡1.15, +18.0%) ?? Apprentice rate: ￡7.55 (increase of ￡1.15, +18.0%) ?? Accommodation Offset: ￡10.66 (increase of ￡0.67, +6.7%) ??? As from 1 April 2025, these changes will be in place, and you’ve only one month to ensure your business is ready to comply with the new rates. This adjustment will impact your pay structures, so if you haven't done so already, now is the time to plan accordingly ??
