We had an incredible time meeting so many amazing people, talking all things HR, leadership and team performance, and sharing the exciting work we do at Haus of HR ?? and Haus of Coaching???? ?? A special shoutout to my fabulous HR Executive, Steph Underwood, for being an absolute superstar throughout the day! ? Your energy and expertise made the stand even more amazing and I couldn’t have done it without you! I even managed to squeeze in a panel talk ?? with Anthony Knaggs expertly hosting and Helen L Russell delivering a thought provoking opening keynote, it was an absolute pleasure to be part of the International Women's Day panel discussion alongside Helen, Garry Connor and Nicola Haynes We explored how businesses can #AccelerateAction for women in business, sparking some truly important conversations. It was an inspiring session filled with insights, ideas and a shared commitment to driving change ?? ? ?????????????????????? ????????????! ? The National Living Wage is set rise from 1st April 2025…. ….to £12.21 ?? with significant increases across the board for younger workers and apprentices Here’s a breakdown of the upcoming changes ?? ?? 21 and over: £12.21 (increase of £0.77, +6.7%) ?? 18-20 years old: £10.00 (increase of £1.40, +16.3%) ?? 16-17 years old: £7.55 (increase of £1.15, +18.0%) ?? Apprentice rate: £7.55 (increase of £1.15, +18.0%) ?? Accommodation Offset: £10.66 (increase of £0.67, +6.7%) ??? As from 1 April 2025, these changes will be in place, and you’ve only one month to ensure your business is ready to comply with the new rates. This adjustment will impact your pay structures, so if you haven't done so already, now is the time to plan accordingly ?? According to the latest CIPD Labour Market Outlook report for Winter 2024/25, one in four employers (25%) are planning redundancies in the next 3 months - the highest level in a decade, excluding the pandemic ?? ?????? ????????????????: ??Redundancy expectations have surged from 22% to 27%, with the private sector feeling the greatest pressure ??
