Last year, we completed a new 90,000 square foot YMCA facility in Hastings that combines extensive renovations with modern additions. The project features a 17,600 square foot gymnasium addition with an elevated running track, a 5,600 square foot child development center addition, a 13,800 square foot field house addition, and an 8,900 square foot wellness center renovation. To Build the Best INFRASTRUCTURE—we reinforce the systems that support growing communities. Currently in preconstruction, the 51-acre Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facility in Lincoln is set for major capacity improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. The project includes two new aeration basins, two final clarifiers, a new non-potable water system building, a new primary power substation, and existing aeration basin and primary power distribution improvements.
