Hausmann offers exceptional bond services to our clients, because we know how crucial it is to help community voters understand the nature of these projects. Funded by a $19.8M bond and $12.2M in district SAVE funds, this ambitious project includes renovations and the addition of a 727-seat auditorium, a cafeteria, nine new classrooms, and specialized spaces such as a three-mat wrestling room and a 40-yard weight and training center. A new bus barn will accommodate up to 13 buses, featuring undercarriage cleaning systems and safe winter storage—vital for one of Iowa's largest square-mile school districts. Dakota State University knows how to throw a party—and they threw a big one to celebrate the opening of the Beacom Premier Complex last month. ?? The concert featured Old Dominion, Brothers Osborne, Elle King, and DJ Blake Horstmann, bringing amazing energy and unforgettable performances to mark this milestone event. This complex is a game-changer for DSU—an impressive 55,000 sf facility on a 25-acre site, designed to create both an exhilarating gameday atmosphere and an enhanced experience for student-athletes. Big things are happening at the Community College of Aurora! ?? The new Center for STEM, Power Mechanics, and Applied Technologies is well underway. Hundreds of community members, students, and leaders recently came together to sign the beam, a symbol of support and progress. This cutting-edge facility will train future professionals in diesel power, cybersecurity, and renewable energy—it's "a community win for all of us," says Dr. Mordecai. Eight phases for Fremont High School = ? This project has completely transformed the school, with a new secure main entry, converted wrestling room, upgraded classrooms and lecture hall, new track and tennis courts, and major infrastructure upgrades, like the geothermal well field and HVAC system under the new turf football field. The 33,000 sf Career and Technical Education (CTE) addition has a new wood shop, fully-furnished welding lab, and automobile bay with vehicle lifts and trucks donated by Sid Dillon. This 31,000sf flex-office building in the Colorado Technology Center is tailored for up to seven tenants, with a dynamic mix of office and warehouse space. Featuring polished metal panels, board-formed concrete, steel & wood embellishments, and expansive glass elements, this building is ready to accommodate the unique needs of businesses looking for versatility and innovation.
