Alongside the restoration of the historic railroad passenger station, Asher Adams includes a new eight-story guestroom tower, signature charcoal-inspired New American restaurant, market and coffee shop, three distinct bars, state-of-the art fitness center, and five meeting and event spaces that feature rare floor-to-ceiling windows. By respectfully embracing the building’s history and significance, The Athens Group, a luxury hospitality development company, along with its partner, Hatteras Sky, a commercial real estate and hospitality development firm, have transformed the former Union Pacific Depot into a fresh new space, bringing to life an elevated, modern hospitality experience that is an ode to the transformative era of American Railroads. Asher Adams, Salt Lake City's first?Autograph?Collection hotel, was highlighted in a?Forbes?round up of 2024’s most anticipated hotel openings. Thank you to Roger Sands for the inclusion!? ? Set to open fall of this year, the?adaptive reuse hotel preserves the iconic Union Pacific Depot Train Station and incorporates the train station itself into the property design with the addition of a new, eight-story tower featuring 225 guest rooms and suites.
