Hatcher Law Group is excited to announce Paul A. DeJesse Jr. has been elected as President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers – North Carolina Chapter. ? The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (“AAML”) was created in 1962 and currently has 1500 Fellows in 50 states that have earned this distinction. The purpose of the AAML is: “To provide leadership that promotes the highest degree of professionalism and excellence in the practice of family law.” ? The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers is comprised of some of the most skilled and knowledgeable family law attorneys in the country. To be considered a Fellow, the attorney must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and an ability to handle complex family law cases. Fellows are admitted through a lengthy and detailed application process that includes peer evaluation from other family law attorneys and Judges. ? Paul A. DeJesse Jr. has been a Fellow of the AAML since 2020.
