Harvest LLP recently represented Cruzan in the preparation and negotiation of a 32,421-square-foot office lease to Nashville-based music label Concord Music Group, Inc. in Beverly Hills. The space is part of the 120,000-square foot, Class A office property, known as "Wilshire & Palm," which was fully renovated by the Cruzan team and includes modern amenities that cater to the needs of entertainment industry tenants, such as a rooftop sky deck, collaboration areas, and high-tech listening rooms.
