The presenters also included Graceanne LaCombe from ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana and Fondazione Barilla, who shared some of the work behind the LIFE Climate Smart Chefs (LCSC) project. LCSC has recently developed a series of heart- and planet- healthy guidelines, referred to as the “Healthy and Sustainable Guidelines.” LCSC's work was also recently presented at the COP29 Azerbaijan side event “Chefs at the forefront of reducing emissions: results from the EU LIFE Climate Smart Chefs project.” #Harvard
