About the Speaker:
James Carras is an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard University, where he teaches courses on equitable development, housing policy, and racial equity in urban settings. His professional achievements include designing solutions for equitable development, founding multiple financial and housing organizations, and serving in advisory roles for policymakers. A recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Council of Development Finance Agencies, Mr. Carras is also a prolific writer and researcher on topics such as affordable housing and community reinvestment.
