Two Months to EU Elections: Legal Challenges The European Parliament Elections take place on June 6-9, 2024. With 370 million voters voting for 705 seats over four days by 27 EU Member-State legislations, they are among the most diverse and complex elections globally. Attempts to harmonize election rules at the EU level have failed. Join Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) & Harvard European Law Association in a conversation with Rafael Gil Nievas, former Deputy Head of State Counsel of the International Arbitration Department of the Kingdom?of?Spain. Rafael participated in dozens of arbitrations filed against Spain due to amendments of its solar energy tariff scheme.
