As daylight saving time ends this Sunday, many may feel a shift in their mood. It's common to experience feelings of sadness or the "winter blues" as days get shorter. Is it just the 'winter blues' or seasonal affective disorder (SAD)? This infographic may help guide you on when to seek professional help. https://go.nih.gov/FgJ09ek

It’s okay to pause, to return, and to start again. It took me 15 years to find my way back to the keys. At first I played the only piece I could remember at every public piano nearby. Gradually I self-taught myself how to read notes again and play different pieces. Somehow, the piano has now become a place where I find relaxed focus, that keeps me grounded and helps me nurture my creativity. On this #WorldMentalHealthDay, I wanted to share this piece of my mental health puzzle. It's really a puzzle (example; I'm still trying to forgive myself for dropping piano in the first place, thinking about what could have been etc). This year is extra special, as I join Harvard Alumni for Mental Health as an Ambassador. I'm so excited to look for creative ways to support and share, because your mental health matters.

It was a successful WTYC event at Harvard Club of Boston and it was a pleasure representing our organization Harvard Alumni for Mental Health. I was pleased to see how interested the graduates were in mental health. We have a few internship opportunities available in Research and Development, Funds, Marketing and Social Media, and Event Planning. Please contact me for more information. Thank you Harvard Alumni Association and Harvard Club of Boston for the partnership opportunity and a wonderful event! #WTYC2024 #Harvardclubofboston
