Throughout the first half of the season, the Wolf Pack demonstrated a strong commitment to giving back to the community. From Sonar and player appearances to community initiatives, the Pack stayed true to their #RunTogether message. Sonar made 45 appearances during the season’s first half at local schools, community events, community fundraising initiatives, youth sports practices, and more. The Pack took part in several community initiatives, including volunteering at Southington Bread for Life, writing notes and collecting donations for 'Boxes to Boots', participating in the CHR 'Adopt-a-Family' Toy Drive, hosting their own toy drive benefitting the children of Connecticut Children's Hospital, and donating the bears from the team's 'Teddy Bear Toss' to both Connecticut Children's Hospital and Toys for Tots. Read to the Rink is an incentive-driven program designed to promote the importance of literacy and stimulate interest in reading amongst elementary and middle school students in Connecticut. Students who complete the program can score a free ticket voucher to a Wolf Pack game during the 2024-25 Wolf Pack season. ??
