Nina Hall has been with Harte Hanks for almost 24 years and is currently our VP of People. As Vice President of People at Harte Hanks, Nina oversees the global human resources function, supporting teams across the US, Belgium, Romania, the UK, and the Philippines. During her time at Harte Hanks, she has held key HR roles in four locations, beginning in California and now based in Texas. Nina leads initiatives to champion company culture, manage employee relations, and oversee HR systems, talent acquisition, and people development. Here are 5 fun facts about Nina, you may not already know: ?? She has two beautiful children and two grandchildren that are the joys of her life. Spending time with them is when she smiles the most. ??????? An avid sports fan, her enthusiasm spans from the Texas Rangers' baseball games to the Dallas Mavericks on the basketball court, the Philadelphia Eagles on the football field, and the high energy of the Dallas Stars in hockey—she enjoys it all! ?? ?? Her evenings are all about fun with her dogs: Zue, her Boxer who thinks she's human, and Lilo, her playful Labrador Retriever, who just wants her to throw the rope and join in the fun! A true animal lover, one of her travel highlights was visiting the Beijing Zoo during a trip to China—an experience she’ll never forget! ????When it’s time to simply kick back and appreciate God’s blessings, she loves unwinding to the soothing sounds of smooth jazz. ?? According to her three siblings, Nina is simply herself—a natural nurturer, which led her to a career in human resources.
