Hart Industries would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Ed Hart, founder of Hart Industries, Inc. and known by everyone as Big Ed, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 6th, 2024. He was 90 years old. Ed opened his first facility in Middletown, OH on February 14th, 1967. Big Ed’s dynamic personality and the strong leadership skills laid the foundation that enabled Hart to grow to 8 locations throughout the United States and become the leading supplier of hose and accessories to the Tank Truck and Chemical Distribution industries. He was an extraordinary entrepreneur and a pioneer in the rubber distribution industry. Ed’s wife Linda passed away earlier this year. He is survived by his 5 wonderful children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and over 100 dedicated employees at Hart Industries.
