WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE NEW TARIFFS Just 90 minutes after publishing my latest blog post—where I predicted that the tariffs on Mexico and Canada would be lifted within 60 days—the U.S. announced a one-month pause on the Mexico tariffs. While this isn’t a full repeal, it signals that we’re heading toward the kind of negotiations I outlined in the post. But make no mistake: I fully expect the tariffs on China to stay—and potentially even increase.
