    2024 was amazing for our company. Wow, just reading that sentence I realize I can’t even put into words what 2024 was for us, but I will try. Healing is what first comes to mind. Starting from the very very start of what is now Harris Vacations I have obviously watched growth and change and challenges but in 2024 it really clicked. It healed. With fast growth you get cracks, shifts in the foundation, bandaids, and growing pains. This past year was a year where we were able to really focus on the foundation and so much of that was focused on the people. So thankful to be on this amazing team and I have so much respect and admiration for our CEO and COO who really get the people are so very important. Here’s to 2025 and great things ahead.     Looking forward to a great two-day annual planning meeting with the Sexton Lawn & Landscape, Inc. team. In EOS Worldwide we run an annual meeting to plan the next 12 months. This is a great time to get together and evaluate what worked, what did not work, where are we now, and where do we want to be in the next quarter, 12 months, 3 years, and 5 years. I highly recommend all leadership teams running on EOS? to get away from the office and visit an offsite location where you can work "ON" the business instead of "IN" the business. At Sexton, that means we leverage one of our fellow companies running on EOS?. Harris Vacations has the right properties for these type of meetings and in a great location in South Alabama.     The Harris Vacations team had an incredible experience at DARM this year! We dove deep into the vacation rental market, gained valuable insights from amazing speakers, had the privilege to sit on panels with some of the best in the business, and soaked up the latest trends and strategies. Beyond the learning, it was a fantastic opportunity to grow together as a team, connect with industry leaders, and share plenty of laughs along the way. We’re walking away inspired, energized, and incredibly proud to be part of such an innovative, passionate, and supportive team.     Where do you take time to think about your business? Some people go to coffee shops, take a run, sit on a dock somewhere, etc. The important thing is to take time to pause and work on your business instead of in your business.
