It took all of us. I'll never forget the day that I first spoke with Geoff Baukol, Jay Hardy, and Jordan Swisher to talk about Redtail Ridge. I had just founded Greenlight Strategy LLC, and my goal then -- as now -- was to help "great projects get unstuck." Over the last 3.5 years, I've been honored and humbled to work alongside some of the most incredible colleagues, mentors, and friends in getting Redtail Ridge over the line. Working with Evan Pesonen, Rodney Richerson, Ryan Amos, and the team that Sterling Bay assembled has been an incredible experience, and I'm so excited to see this project come to fruition. At full build-out, the life science and innovation district will have a $6B+ annual economic impact within one of the most environmentally sustainable campuses in the Front Range. It will be anchored by a new, next-generation AdventHealth Avista Hospital. And the donation of open space creates the largest non-golf public land dedication in Louisville's history. And a special hat tip to everyone who played key roles along the way! Sarah Snider Komppa, Cassie Slade, P.E., PTOE, Zan Stewart, Luke Murphree, Quinn Thakur, Michelle Brokaw, John Tayer, Jonathan Singer, Don Brown, Richard B. Morgan, Terre Rushton, Louisville Chamber Of Commerce, Boulder Chamber, Michelle Brokaw, Isaac Sendros, Mason Witzel, Angela Bowman, Heidi Gerstung, Tim Sayler, P.E., Clif Harald, Audrey DeBarros, and many, many others!
