Yesterday, we celebrated the grand re-opening of the newly renovated Oconee Hall academic building in partnership with Tri-County Technical College, trade partners, and the community. Oconee Hall's 36,000-square foot renovation focused on enhancing the student experience with larger classrooms, new classrooms, collaborative spaces, a courtyard, and more. We are grateful to have been a part of this transformative project and are excited to see how these improvements will inspire learning and growth for years to come. Harper has just completed a tenant improvement project spanning 11,105 square feet, following the shell construction we finished in 2023 at CU-ICAR. This project involved creating specialized laboratory and office spaces intended to support essential work in membrane technology for the medical field.
