We are thrilled to announce that the Renfrow Industrial Office Building has received a Tilt-Up Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association! This competitive award honors projects that successfully illustrate the variety, beauty, and flexibility of tilt-up construction. The 23,000+ SF headquarters facility was constructed using the tilt-up method with Cast-In-Place concrete panels. The building is fully upfitted with full MEP, metal framing, ceilings, and high-end finishes. The facility achieves prominent visibility from Interstate 85 and cultivates a modern, contemporary aesthetic design. Our team collaborated proactively and creatively with trade partners to deliver an exceptionally beautiful project for Renfrow Industrial. Another successful project completed! Our team has just finished a tenant upfit for Vertiv, converting a part of the facility into a functional workspace. This included the addition of new offices, a breakroom, and upgraded electrical work throughout. We also added two drive-in door locations and poured concrete for exterior crane loading and unloading. Incredible progress is happening right now at Clemson University's iconic Tillman Hall Auditorium! We've demolished and reconstructed the auditorium ceiling, removed old materials, reinforced the original roof trusses, and installed new Rulon planks. The team also upgraded lighting, added fresh paint, and installed a new fire sprinkler system. Next, we'll frame the elevated auditorium seating, stage, and presentation monoliths to transform the space while honoring its historic past.
