Harness is honored to be part of this incredible opportunity to give back and invest in the next generation. Today, we held our first Heavy Equipment Class Site Visit at one of our projects, and it was a resounding success! Following a comprehensive safety briefing, students had the chance to operate various pieces of heavy equipment—a hands-on experience that brought their classroom training to life. Throughout the semester, these students have been honing their skills on CAT Simulators at Mt. Pleasant High School. Today, they took their knowledge to the next level, testing their abilities on real machines in a live setting. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Southstar, LLC, Spring Hill Holdings, LLC, and Project Legacy Pointe for making this visit possible. We’re also deeply grateful to Maury County Public Schools, Mt. Pleasant High School, and Maury County Career Technical Education for their forward-thinking approach to creating opportunities for these students. Finally, a huge shoutout to the Harness team for embodying our core purpose: Build People, Move Dirt. This was truly a team effort, and we couldn’t be prouder!
