Harmony Public Schools is a network of PK-12 college preparatory public charter schools across Texas. For almost two decades, our schools have provided students from under-served communities the opportunity to excel in their studies in a small classroom environment focused on providing the skills they need to succeed in life. The Texas-based non-profit organization was established by a group of dedicated educators and university academicians who were passionate about the way children approached math and science. Since 2000 HPS has grown to 56 campuses, 35,000+ students, with a 98 percent graduation rate for seniors and 100 percent college acceptance rate. Our mission is to prepare each student for higher education by providing a safe, caring, and collaborative atmosphere featuring a quality, student-centered educational program with a strong emphasis on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). This initiative empowers our students to not only learn about sustainable gardening but also to foster lifelong habits of healthy living and community engagement.
