For the past two years, Harmony CDC has participated in a cohort program with Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT) and RTI International. The opportunity was connected to a generous CFT grant that helped our organization expand our career and financial education services. This week, we had the pleasure of sharing our outcomes with the cohort and expert panel, gaining valuable insights to strengthen our work. Through this experience, we've met new colleagues in the nonprofit space, deepened our knowledge, and enhanced our services to better meet the needs of our clients.
