During his panel in tandem with Monogram Health CEO Mike Uchrin, he discussed the future of home health care and how we deliver on our mission to bring high-quality personalized healthcare directly to the doors of those who need it most.

It’s Physician’s Assistant week, and we’re excited to celebrate one of our amazing clinicians making a positive impact in his community! Our Chicago-based PA, Adelin, has been providing quality care with us in the homes of people who need it most since 2016. He is fluent in 5 languages and is passionate about providing a legacy of care he can be proud of. We’re glad to have him on our team!
