🔥 Employee Spotlight: Donnie Smith 🔥 Donnie has been part of the Harman team since 1998, bringing his architectural drafting skills to life in every project. “Seeing a completed job that I produced the drawings for is rewarding,” he says—and it shows! Known for being task-focused and easy to work with, Donnie is a key part of our design department. Outside of work, Donnie enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and lake days with his wife, daughter, and their dog. He’s also a master griller, cooking up legendary BBQ for Harman events—and even selling it on the weekends!
