The HRT Team, Jim and Van, spent the last two days talking with people with lived experience in substance use, people in recovery, healthcare professionals, social workers, researchers, students, and community members about harm reduction strategies. We discussed Best Practices for Syringe Exchange and other Infectious Disease Programs, Standard of Care Opioid Reversal Strategies, and ways to reduce Stigma and Barriers to Services for People Who Use Drugs. (naloxone HCl nasal spray 3 mg), a compassionate dose emergency treatment of known or suspected opioid overdose created and made available for harm reductionists by harm reductionists.
