Today marks?Hardware Velocity’s?2 year anniversary! ?? Two years ago, I started Hardware Velocity to provide fractional engineering executive support to hardware startups. We have since expanded into an offering of services that includes fractional executive support across product, engineering and manufacturing operations, alongside consulting engineering teams. We’ve been guided by a mission to help our clients launch successful products and to build profitable businesses. The past 2 years of supporting clients across every product development stage, in both regulated and unregulated industries, has been a thrilling experience and a testament to our mission. From 2022 to now: ?? We’ve supported over a dozen startups in industries across consumer electronics, med tech, and wearables ?? Our team has grown to two dozen fractional executives and consulting engineers ?? During this past year, Tom’s contributions and work have been invaluable to our mission of supporting startups to launch successful products and build profitable businesses. Tom’s a 30+ year Silicon Valley veteran, utilizing his expertise to help us support and manage our team of engineers in the design, bring-up, and production release within budget and on time. As a Hardware Velocity fractional executive, he helps identify and resolve critical issues during development and transfer into production. On top of this, Tom’s commitment to putting in the hours is unmatched - from late night client calls to being the first person ready for the work day.
