HardRok Equipment recently tackled a common issue we see at a cement plant in California and we're excited to share the results! Problem: Fugitive dust and material spillage at two load points in the secondary crushing circuit, wasting over an hour of cleaning time daily. Solution: Our team implemented the Martin Engineering Foundations approach, installing proper belt support, correct material loading, and sealing the skirt board and dust collection system. Result: Dust and spillage eliminated, and the customer is thrilled! This is our third successful transfer point at this plant, with over a dozen more to come.
