Hardin successfully secured an order in the 3rd Judicial Circuit Court of Wayne County, Michigan, affirming that a major insurance company is entitled to recover PIP funds paid to its insured. The case involved an out-of-state accident in which the insured reached a settlement that included damages covered by the PIP funds.
