Some of yall know we welcomed our second baby in November. It’s funny how some of the concerns and worries I had as a first time mom did NOT go away as a second time mom. (IE baby sleep) and my Miss Sunday Elizabeth did not make it easy (see first picture - girl sleeps face down). I was gifted the Harbor baby monitor and it is hands down my favorite product this go around. And after using it for four months, here’s some things I LOVE about it ?? Cry detection - absolute GAME CHANGER. The monitor and camera are smart enough to know the difference between a noise Sunday just makes in her sleep and an actual “I need you” cry. The monitor automatically unmutes itself when moderate cries are detected. ?? Monitor size & resolution - why is other every baby monitor smaller than my iPhone, and looks like I’m watching an antenna TV? Harbor’s is 10inches and I can tell you it makes a difference. Harbor also streams in HD (no ones squinting to see what’s going on) ?? CUSTOMER SERVICE - Setting up Harbor was a breeze, but I had some technical issues when first starting. I emailed at 8:30 at night and got a response from the Harbor support team within ten minutes. They remotely diagnosed and fixed my camera by 9:00pm.
