This month, 25 high school skilled trades teachers from 19 states were surprised with the news that they have been named winners of the Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence. A total of $1.5 million in cash prizes was awarded to the teachers and their programs. Now in its eighth year, the prize was created to recognize excellence among high school skilled trades teachers. Back to School season is in full swing! Associates on our Corporate and Distribution Center teams recently came together to fill backpacks for children in their local communities. ?? Through the efforts of over 190 Associates, we filled over 2,880 backpacks with school supplies, which were then donated in-person to local elementary schools. Thank you to every Associate who took the time to brighten a child’s school year! We look forward to building our communities up even more with future events.
