"Hapttic - Social Media Listening Tool" by Hapttic, Noxtton is nominated for the UX Design Awards! Congratulations ??Lasha Aptsiauri Tamara Abramia Hapttic is an advanced internet intelligence platform utilizing AI and machine learning to monitor digital activities in real-time. It equips users with the ability to track online conversations, identify trends, and manage reputational risks, facilitating informed decision-making in an increasingly complex digital landscape. We asked the team what the particular challenge of the project from a UX point of view was and this is what we learnt: "A particular Challenge was Jakob’s Law - “Users spend most of their time on other sites. This means that users prefer your site to work the same way as all the other sites they already know”, but the challenge was that there is no direct references or pre-existing solutions in the market, making it hard to give users common and intuitive patterns of how things would work. It was critical to design unique interaction patterns that still leveraged users’ instincts and behaviours. This involved rounds of research, user testing, and iteration to understand how users would expect the product to behave and what would feel logical. The design had to feel fresh and innovative while still being intuitive and easy to navigate."
