We’re thrilled to share that 900 individuals at East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust have received tailored wellbeing support through Hapstar—and that our work has been recognised with a nomination for the PPMA Best Health & Wellbeing Initiative award! Since launching our partnership with EEAST in May last year, we have worked closely with their exceptional Wellbeing Team, Staff Champions, and Staff Networks to create a wellbeing tool that truly meets their needs. At Hapstar, we understand the unique challenges faced by ambulance staff and wellbeing teams—juggling support across six counties, managing the demands of a 24/7 service, and ensuring staff can easily access the help they need. To address this, we developed the EEAST-specific Hapstar platform, known as Time for Me, providing a tailored solution that makes accessing support simple, personal, and fully anonymous. Through our collaboration, their workforce are receiving personalised support, as well as a seamless way for staff to connect with the wellbeing team, no matter the issue. And now, our hard work has been recognised—our joint initiative has been shortlisted for the PPMA Best Health & Wellbeing Initiative award! We can’t wait to celebrate at the Golden Gala dinner next month and hear the results.
