Making content and applications accessible improves usability for people with disabilities and enhances user experience regardless of abilities. Improving digital accessibility for users expands the reach of content and enriches the user experience, which increases retention rates. One in four adults in the USA lives with a disability, so prioritizing accessibility can support a significant portion of the population. Short, interactive activities will be embedded throughout the session to simulate why digital accessibility is essential (color blindness, hearing, and vision impaired, motor skill impairment).
