?? : “Oh, I thought this was an AI.” ?? : “Haha, well, you’re right!” Context: We recently started using our AI to handle inbound calls for open positions at HappyRobot. This person called in expecting to talk to an AI, but after just a couple sentences thought that instead, a human had picked up the phone. Of course, we’re always honest with people when they ask who they’re talking to, but it was pretty amazing to see someone ask even when they knew it was supposed to be an AI! This is a hot topic & one we’ve gotten tons of questions on: How do people feel about talking to an AI? ?? Well, some of our customers have asked their customers a more general question: How has your experience with our business been recently? They found that their customers rated the experience with their business higher after they began using HappyRobot! Why? Because there’s always someone there to answer the phone, provide necessary information, & keep things moving. Turns out, people are happy with your service when they can get what they need in a convenient & timely manner, no matter where that’s coming from. & As shown in this little snippet, our voice quality is so good that people happily engage in conversation. #happyrobot #happyhumans

"That was the craziest demo I've ever seen" ?? This is what I kept hearing after our #RapidFire demo at #F3 FreightWaves on Tuesday. Truth be told, Javi Palafox and I only had a couple days to prepare, but man did we put in a good show. With Luis Paarup in the cave coding as crazy to make this happen with the team. Our demo last Tuesday showcased what Happyrobot is all about. Extremely configurable and connected AI workers for #supplychain, working in tandem with the team to 10x efficiency and margins. We introduced our new platform, which features two key components: "Workflows" and "Memory". Memory is a game changer: it let's our bots remember information from prior conversations with users. And Workflows let our agents interconnect to virtually any system out there. Our AI workers now have the ability to put somebody on hold, trigger another phone call in parallel, get the information it needs, and get back to the original call with the captured info. We shared a sneak peak of our new platform live on stage yesterday at F3! ?? So we'll tease a few clips here on LinkedIn as well... The new platform is insanely powerful because of two main components: workflows & memory. ? Memory lets our AI remember previous conversations with users. & Workflows expand on the possibilities for what our AI can do - whether that's from new triggers or the complexity of actions & steps our AI takes. The clips below show an example of the type of conversations that are now possible, where: - Our AI is a carrier sales rep calling on a load that needs to get covered soon - Pablo is roleplaying the carrier getting the phone call - & Javi is the account manager working with the AI at the broker During one continuous stream of communication, our AI is transitioning through modes of communication with different people to get the job done. ?? Everything started exactly one year ago at F3 2023 & we’re back this year for F3 2024! One year ago, Pablo, Luis, & I had just finished the YC S23 batch & decided to pursue voice AI applications in logistics. After spending 10 years working on the shipping & manufacturing side, I had a thesis on how AI could automate operations across the supply chain & F3 was the perfect opportunity to validate this thesis & connect with others in the industry. In the last year, we’ve spent thousands of hours at conferences, talking to customers, & building. Today we: - Work with 50+ customers - Automate 200k calls per month - Have a team of 12 helping us grow So thanks to F3 for such a great event full of great people.
