Happy Healthy Caregiver. LLC (HHC) is a lifestyle website, podcast, community, and consulting business that helps family caregivers mitigate caregiver burnout. Through her speaking and coaching services, founder, Elizabeth Miller helps family caregivers prioritize their health and happiness while caring for others and juggling other competing responsibilities (such as work, raising children, and more!).
Elizabeth created HHC because she craved an educational and supportive community when her caregiver responsibilities elevated after her dad
died in 2014. She felt physically stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, and isolated and her mental and physical health was suffering. As a sandwich-generation working caregiver, the to-do lists were never-ending.
As Elizabeth learned about caregiving and tried various self-care strategies,
Happy Healthy Caregiver came to life. After over eight years of creating content and speaking to groups of caregivers, HHC offers a vast library of resources to help family caregivers regain steadiness, confidence, and support and connect to a community.
