A must-listen for all the working parents out there!
Want to learn from one of the greatest infant sleep experts in the world? Way back in 2018, I met Dr. Harvey Karp, MD, FAAP, a renowned pediatrician who invented the SNOO smart sleeper. I was impressed with his work - but I found out about him "too late" because my child was already sleep trained and nearly a year old. Fast forward a couple of years to when I was expecting my third child. As my due date approached, my anxiety over sleep spiked. As a third-time mom, I knew the battle that awaited me right around the corner. So right before we welcomed our third baby, we rented the SNOO to see if it would live up to the hype, and hopefully allow me to eek out a few extra hours of sleep. And let me tell you…it. was. lifechanging! It helped my daughter sleep longer, sooner - which allowed me to be more productive as I returned to work. After seeing firsthand how helpful this was, I asked Dr. Karp to join me for an “ask me anything” session for Parentaly’s network. He fielded questions on a variety of infant sleep topics - from sleep regressions and the use of white noise and swaddles, to how the SNOO works its magic for parents like me.
