We've had an engaging and packed agenda for Health Equity Action Day, kicking off our 2024 Patient Safety, Quality, and Equity Symposium. Among other highlights, hospital equity leaders developed communication action plans to advance equity transformation within their organizations and heard from peers about the ways they are following through on the collaborative learning from HAP's Racial Health Equity Learning Action Network to improve safe and equitable care for patients. #PSQES
