??Hanwha Ocean delivers H3306 Wind Maker to Cadeler one month ahead of schedule We are delighted to announce that the H3306 Wind Maker, was delivered to Cadeler on January 31, one month ahead of schedule. ? The Wind Maker is a Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) designed by GustoMSC and classified as an M-Class, capable of lifting up to 2,600 tons. It is set to commence its first operations at Changhua country offshore windfarm in Taiwan. Hanwha Ocean is continuously striving to develop the offshore product for renewables energy and is very proud to safely deliver the WTIV which will enhance the value of our offshore renewables energy for the future. With this early achievement of the delivery, we have also proven our strong competitiveness in WTIV construction and demonstrated our readiness to lead the renewable energy market. # The?Hanwha Ocean?Offshore Business team is growing! ? We are excited to announce?Wyatt Parker?has joined?as the new Head of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE). With more than 17 years of experience as an HSSE EPCI Project and Functional Manager, he has led major capital projects, departments, and geographical regions; developed cultural safety programs; written HSSE processes, corporate procedures, and built HSSE organizations. Wyatt has worked in various locations in North America, Asia, Europe, and South America. In his most recent role at SBM, he was the?HSSE Department Lead overseeing all EPCI work in the Western Hemisphere?based in Brazil. He has also held multiple HSSE management roles at Technip USA Incorporated, including managing the major capital?projects of Aasta Hansteen and the Marine Well Containment?System. In his role at Hanwha Ocean, Wyatt will lead the global HSSE team and strategy for the Offshore Business Unit along with the development and implementation of comprehensive management systems to ensure compliance with HSSE regulatory and industry standards. ?Hanwha Ocean commences early oil production with newly built fixed platform Hanwha Ocean is celebrating a new milestone! On December 15, two weeks ahead of schedule, it successfully achieved its first oil production from a fixed platform built by the company. Qatar’s North Oil Company (NOC) ordered the fixed platform, which completed its construction phase at Hanwha Ocean’s Geoje shipyard In July. It was then transported to Al-Shaheen, the world’s largest offshore oil field, situated off Qatar’s coast. 20 days later the platform arrived at its destination and underwent a three-and-a-half-month installation and commissioning phase. The first oil production signifies that the platform has been safely and securely integrated and has successfully completed trial operations, paving the way for full-scale commercial production. This achievement reaffirms Hanwha Ocean’s exceptional capabilities in offshore plant construction, installation, hookup & commissioning, and project management. It also highlights the company’s position as a global leader in high-value, high-tech offshore plant construction, underscoring its technological expertise and competitiveness. Additionally, since Qatar is a key player in the platform market, this accomplishment is expected to bolster Hanwha Ocean’s business activities in the Middle East. Philippe Levy, President of Offshore Business, commented, “For this offshore project, Hanwha Ocean and the client formed a one-team approach, ensuring seamless communication and swift decision-making.
