Hanover Park is hiring a Founding Head of Operations to disrupt a $100 billion industry. This is an insanely rare ops role. Why? You won't be doing meaningless work like managing our internal payroll. We have a mantra here: "Services is sales". Hanover Park is an AI-powered services company where our Ops team is critical to deliver an A+ customer experience. That's not true with SaaS -- so your impact is 10x greater here. Who is a great fit? ? You are obsessed with automating manual tasks ? You thrive by creating order from chaos ? You have crazy attention to detail You could be an ex-investment banker, consultant, or Ops lead somewhere else. If you want to work harder than you’ve ever worked to attack a massive opportunity, join us. If you’re already grinding, do it here. We make decisions off whoever has the best ideas. Email [email protected]. $10K referral. Feel free to repost/like/comment “Hanover Park” to spread to your network to increase visibility and maybe you have the hire hiding in your network and you get $10K. Only in-person in NYC.

From Scaling $100M AUM in 100 Days to Reinventing Fund Administration Chris Hladczuk is a maniac on a mission! It all started at Yale, where he was interviewing Emmett Shear and Michael Seibel in his free time—then took that momentum straight to Goldman—but climbing the ranks wasn’t enough. So he made the leap to Meow, where he closed $100M+ in assets in just 100 days—oh, and along the way, he built a personal brand with hundreds of thousands of followers, turning social capital into his ultimate growth engine. Now, with his company Hanover Park, he’s tackling one of the most archaic industries—fund administration—where venture and private equity firms still rely on outdated spreadsheets and siloed systems. They’ve already onboarded over $1B in assets under administration and are scaling rapidly. With his speed, execution, and relentless drive—yeah, I wouldn’t bet against him. Every VC firm looks at Hanover Park and fears the same thing… “Will my LPs push back on using a fund admin that is less than 20 years old?” Because they love the product. They love the power of AI portfolio management deal document extraction or an AI inbox analyzer. But they fear their LPs. But we’ve seen the opposite reaction. Instead, LPs are saying this: “Why do you invest in AI and the future but your fund admin is stuck in the past?” And LPs love us too:

Hanover Park is hiring Founding Engineers / Fund Accountants. Our competitors are $20 billion dinosaur companies that don’t know what ChatGPT is yet. If you want to work harder than you’ve ever worked to attack a massive opportunity, join us. If you’re already grinding, do it here. We make decisions off whoever has the best ideas. I don’t care how old you are or what school you went to as long as you’re A+ at what you do. If you're tired of corporate speak and bureaucracy, you should come here. "Chris you have the best product by far but I have one concern..." "What if my LPs have never heard of Hanover Park? What should I say?" I talk to GPs and CFOs all day long. And it's the #1 question. Here's the answer: ? SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit reports built for institutional LP requirements ? Proof of a seamless migration of 10+ years of VC firm history ? 0 LPAC related pushback to date -- everyone cares about Audit partner not their investor portal ? Many large institutional LPs have already logged into the platform ? We will do 90 days of shadow reporting alongside your current fund admin to prove we can deliver ? If you aren't happy, we will refund 100% of your money and I'll fly to your office to help migrate you to someone else Whatever it takes, we will do.

Bill Gates was obsessed. When Microsoft was small in the 1980s, Bill gave Michael Moritz at Sequoia a ride to the airport. When Michael asked him why the radio was missing from the dashboard, Bill said he had it taken out: "If I've got the radio, I'm afraid that I'll switch it on and I won't be thinking about Microsoft."

It's a once in a generation technology shift. All aboard.

Hanover Park hit an inflection point and we need to scale our fund admin services team. It's a once-in-a-generation technology shift but our competitors are built on legacy accounting systems... it's like a house built on top of quicksand. We have a massive opportunity to disrupt this market. Our requirements are simple: ? In-office NYC for 5 days/week. ? Atleast 2 years of fund accounting experience ? You believe everything is figureoutable If you refer someone, you get a $5,000 referral bonus. If you or someone you know is interested, email me chris@hanoverpark[dot]com.

The 7 words a VC hates most: "Let me check with our fund admin." Why? Because fund admin is a black box for GPs and VC finance teams. You have 0 clue what they do. You have 0 access to your own data. You have 0 transparency. That seems crazy. Why is it true? Legacy fund admins run around reconciling transactions with quickbooks. Then duct taping it together with excel. So everything is super stale. And barely gets done 45 days after the quarter. So you wonder why big VC firms don’t use fund admins. They don't want to train and manage massive in-house accounting teams. But they crave control, transparency and real-time data. You could never get that from a fund admin. Until now.

GPs have 0 clue what their finance teams do. So the VP of Finance feels stuck. You can't ask for headcount. You can’t ask for 6-figure SaaS budgets that don’t solve problems. So what do you do? You lean on your fund admin to do more. But you have crazy fund admin turnover. 3 new people in 3 months. And the fund admin only has one weapon: Excel. That's why we built Hanover as a full-service fund admin… not another SaaS tool. And for the same price as a legacy fund admin, you get… ? AI Portfolio Management? ? AI Co-Pilot to query your data ? AI Inbox Analyzer to parse portfolio company updates ? Investor Command Center to centralize all LP activity ? Real-Time Fund Metrics to build remaining to deploy models You don’t need more people or SaaS spend. You just get 10x more for the same price.

I just flew 12 hours in a 24 hour period for a single 45 minute intro meeting. Why? To meet the CFO of a $10 billion fund. I started the meeting with this... "Look how can I promise you the best service and the fastest product velocity on the planet if I won't even get on a plane to see you? We do whatever it takes here." Are we anywhere close to landing them as a customer? Of course not... it's way too early. But always get on the plane. You give yourself a chance to get lucky.
