Paid Parental Leave: We offer all eligible full-time, U.S. employees 12 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for the birth and care of the newborn(s) or for the care of a child who is adopted or placed in foster care with the employee. While an employee is on Paid Parental Leave, Hanover Research will continue health benefits and 401(k) as if the employee had continued to work full-time. This time off does not count towards the PTO benefits balance.
